Data File Requirements. All data transmittals must comply with the appropriate versions of XML schema file requirements that apply to each rate year quarter data period being submitted as published in the technical specifications manual instructions.
ICD Entry Form Requirements. Aggregate ICD data should be entered for each quarter submitted within 15 days of the reporting deadline. If a hospital has no cases for a given quarter then zeros must be entered on the form. Missing data entry fields will result in non-compliance reporting status.
Best Practice. To ensure a successful submission during data production cycles users should allow sufficient time to correct problems identified in their portal feedback reports. Allow at least 15 calendar days prior to each quarter reporting deadline to submit, change, add new data or delete existing data.
